Murfreesboro Dog Show September 2009

Sunday, September 27th 2009, we attended the Murfreesboro Kennel Club dog show. We went down for just the one day. It was a super nice/cool day after what seemed like weeks of daily thunder storms. We just had a nice day trip and got to visit with some of our dog show friends also.

Mimi won her class but that was about it.

Cruiser got second place in his class.

Oh well maybe we'll have better luck in Memphis in two weeks. It's an outside show on grass. It should be fun since our dogs love "Outside".

And Santa I still need a new Camera.

That's Cruiser "top left" in the Toy "Bred By" group.

Well Saturday's show was ok for Cruiser and Mimi. Cruiser won a blue ribbon from the "bred by" dog class. He didn't get any points though.

Mimi won first place from a very large "Bred by" bitch class. There were about eight bitches in her bred by class. She also won Reserve Winners Bitch. There was a Best Bred By competition at Saturday's show, so since both Cruiser and Mimi won their bred by classes they had to go back in and compete head to head for best bred by. Cruiser won and got to go into the bred by Toy Group. He didn't win the group, but it was pretty neat to get to compete for it.

We won't even talk about Sunday's show......

But, we had good weather this year and we had a nice time just camping in Chattanooga.

Sorry about the bad pictures. I soooooo need a new digital SLR camera with a zoom lens..... SANTA !!!!!!
